The Client Exerience Rating tool collects feedback provided by past clients. After EVERY real estate transaction, a survey must be sent to the client. This mandatory survey process ensures the integrity and fairness of the rating program.

Benefits of the Client Experience Ratings

Clients will be asked to rate their REALTOR® based on the service categories below. This rating model will allow a REALTOR®’s client to rate the REALTOR® using a star system, with 5 stars being the best rating possible. The Client Experience Rating system will then average the scores to determine an overall rating for the REALTOR®.

Competency
