Houston Association of REALTORS® MLS Agreements

HAR MLS subscribers have access to listings in Texas and in Central and South America!

HAR has partnered with REALTOR® associations across the state of Texas and in Central and South America to provide MLS subscribers access to thousands of additional listings. This increased access benefits MLS subscribers by connecting them with a larger pool of buyers and sellers across the region.

NTREIS MLS for DFW & North Texas Associations

As of September 30, 2025, HAR.com and North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS), have a data share agreement that allows MLS subscribers to access property listings from both markets in their native MLS system. NTREIS provides MLS services to more than 50,000 MLS subscribers of its 14 Shareholder REALTOR® Associations, including more than 6,000 real estate offices in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Agents with an HAR Supra eKEY can unlock Supra lockboxes across North Texas, including the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as part of a key reciprocity agreement with 12 local association shareholders of the NTREIS. Agents with an HAR Supra eKEY may continue to open Supra lockboxes in the NTREIS area without additional set up, fees or subscriptions. The Abilene, Waco and Northwest Louisiana REALTOR® Associations are not currently part of this key reciprocity as they are on separate Supra systems.

Unlock MLS in Austin

HAR and Unlock MLS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Austin Board of Realtors® (ABoR), have a data share agreement that allows MLS subscribers to access property listings from both markets in their native MLS system.

HAR also has a Supra eKEY reciprocity agreement with Unlock MLS.

Agents with an HAR Supra eKEY are automatically able to open up Supra lockboxes in the Greater Austin area without additional set up, fees or subscriptions.

LERA MLS in San Antonio

HAR.com and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS’® (SABOR) LERA MLS, have a data sharing agreement that allows MLS subscribers to access property listings from both markets in their native MLS system.

HAR.com and San Antonio Board of REALTORS’® LERA MLS also have a reciprocal lockbox agreement that allows agents with an HAR.com Supra eKEY to automatically open up SABOR Supra lockboxes with no additional fees or set up.

HAR and OMNI MLS have a reciprocal listing access agreement that allows HAR MLS subscribers to have access to Omni MLS, the largest and most recognized MLS in Latin America.
