Houston Association of REALTORS® MLS Agreements

Starting February 2025, agents with an HAR Supra eKEY can unlock Supra lockboxes across North Texas, including the Dallas-Fort Worth area, thanks to a new key reciprocity agreement with 12 local association shareholders of the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) MLS.

HAR is also partnering with NTREIS on a Matrix MLS data share that will launch later this year!

The Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) and Unlock MLS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Austin Board of Realtors® (ABoR) have a data share agreement that allows their MLS members to access property listings from both markets in their native MLS system. The data sharing agreement aims to enhance the quantity and accuracy of property listings in both systems and increase referral opportunities between the markets. Both MLSs have done extensive work to provide the best data possible.

HAR also has a Supra key reciprocity agreement with the Austin Central Texas Realty Information Service (dba Unlock MLS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Austin Board of Realtors®.

Agents with an HAR Supra eKEY are automatically able to open up Supra lockboxes in the Greater Austin area without additional set up, fees or subscriptions. Likewise, agents with a Supra eKEY issued from Unlock MLS will be able to open HAR Supra lockboxes without further effort.

The Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) MLS have entered into a data sharing agreement that will allow their MLS members to access property listings from both markets in their native MLS system. The data sharing agreement aims to enhance the quantity and accuracy of property listings in both systems and increase referral opportunities between the markets. Both MLSs have done extensive work to provide the best data possible.

The Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) and OMNI MLS have entered into a reciprocal listing access agreement. HAR MLS subscribers now have access to Omni MLS, the largest and most recognized MLS in Latin America. This agreement enhances professional networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange, while expanding referral opportunities and exposure for listings. It marks a significant milestone in the globalization of real estate markets. It not only facilitates the growing interest in Houston and Latin American regions but also empowers real estate professionals with the ability to serve their clients and expand their businesses.
