VerifiedUser to Know Your Customer

With VerifiedUser, identity verification confirms that your customers are who they claim to be in less than 30 seconds!

We have partnered with a third-party National Identity Provider, Cognito, which provides KYC (Know Your Customer or Know Your Client) solutions. In addition, we pull all public information from another provider, Pipl.

When you receive a call from a customer who wishes to see a property or meet you, you can begin the verification process by obtaining the caller’s phone number. Inform him/her to expect an SMS/text message with a verification link. Then, go to the this VerfiedUsers and click on New Customer Verification.

Now,

• Login to the Members Only Area
• Search for the “Verify” keyword
• Select VerifiedUser
• Click on Verify New Customer
• Enter the phone number,and you are done!

The caller will receive a text message with a link to verify. You will receive a text message notification once the customer has been verified, along with a link to view more details about the customer.

HAR has partnered with a third-party provider, Cognito, for this verification process. Cognito uses a wide array of data sources for verification. These sources include credit bureaus, the government, public records, financial institutions, property databases, and social profiles. The limitation, however, is that our third-party provider can only verify the identities of US Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Please note: VerifiedUser does not perform a criminal background search and does not determine whether meeting with an individual is safe or not. Therefore, you are responsible for all precautions and safety measures needed before attending an appointment with a new person. You should not solely rely on the VerifiedUser services, in part or otherwise, to ensure a safe meeting or experience.

The verification report includes details and contact information such as:

Confidence Score

• Addresses
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Gender
• Age
• Career
• Education

The customer receives a text message once the request is sent. When the customer clicks on the link in the text message, they will be requested to enter their basic information for verification purposes. And the customer is all done blazing fast – in less than 15 seconds!

• The customer will receive this text message:

• Then, they will click on the link and press the “Get Started” button
• The customer will then enter his/her name and email address
• Then, the customer will enter the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number or their date of birth
• They will then click on “next” and will be done

HAR offers 5 Search Credits to all members, with a value of $8.25. That means you may verify up to 5 people with the available credits. You may also purchase additional search credits in bundles of 5, 10, or 15.

The price of the credits goes 100% to our third-party verification providers (Cognito, Pipl) and for the credit card processing fee. In addition, a $1 HAR convenience fee is added for each refill.
