Cloud CMA creates professionally styled and agent branded reports including Property Reports, Buyer Tour Reports and customized Flyers. It also allows members to upload their own PDFs in CMA reports and is integrated with MATRIX, so you can find comps easily and import them into a Cloud CMA report.
Open House Registry App
Platinum Agents can manage their open houses in one convenient dashboard. Guests like the app because they can securely sign in. Engage with visitors in real-time! Once the open house is completed, agents can follow up with the visitors to send a thank you note, request feedback and more. Visitors can also be added to HAR CRM with the tap of a button!
