CubiCasa is a revolutionary mobile app that produces detailed and attractive floor plans from a simple five-minute scan of a home. The app requires no training and no extra equipment; it will work with almost any smartphone or tablet you already own.
HAR MLS subscribers are eligible for the following benefits from CubiCasa:
- Free floor plans with room dimensions;
- The ability to edit and customize floor plan outputs to your needs;
- A 25% discount on optional add-ons such as fixed furniture, Appraisal GLA, rush orders, or large homes;
- Access to HAR’s directory of real estate photographers, if you prefer to work with a photographer on your listing. Additionally, CubiCasa can be used by any photographer you already work with.

To get started, visit the CubiCasa website HERE!
When you create an account with CubiCasa, you must link that account to the Houston Association of REALTORS® using a simple dropdown menu, in order to receive the free basic floor plans and the 25% discount for optional add-ons.
If you already have a CubiCasa account, you can link it to the Houston Association of REALTORS® in your CubiCasa Profile settings in your user dashboard.

What is CubiCasa?
CubiCasa is a mobile app that uses your mobile phone’s camera to create floor plans of properties.
How much does it cost to create a floor plan?
The basic floor plan is free. HAR members receive a 25% discount for optional add-on services such as the inclusion of fixed furniture/appliances, expedited delivery (6 hour), homes over 5,000 sf and GLA Appraisal calculations.
Why can I no longer see the total square footage with my free floor plans?
In May 2024, CubiCasa made changes to the Lite package that is available at no cost to HAR MLS subscribers. Some of the previously free features are now exclusively available under the Plus package. On Lite, you can no longer change the floor plan style, have total areas displayed, customize the standard disclaimer or download the floor plan as SVG. Otherwise, the free floor plan stays the same.
How long does it take to receive my floor plan?
Floor plans are generally available within 24 hours of submission and will be sent to your email and available in the CubiCasa dashboard.

I received my floor plan back from CubiCasa, what is the best way to add it to my listing?
Download the PDF version of the floor plan and then upload it to your listing in Matrix as an attachment. Make sure to select the PDF Type as ‘Public – Floor Plan’. HAR.com will soon be adding an icon on the primary image for consumers to easily identify and access the floor plan.
