The Platinum subscription includes two programs for collecting five-star client reviews. Both gather client testimonials and can be promoted on your Agent Profile, Agent Website, and social media—simply choose the program that best fits your needs. Platinum subscribers may display ratings from only one provider. If you are using the Client Experience Rating (CER) program and choose to switch to RealSatisfied, your CER ratings will be replaced.
