We are excited to announce that HAR has entered into a Supra key reciprocity agreement with the Beaumont Board of REALTORS®!

The standardized Texas REALTORS® form has been added to the RentSpree application link on applicable HAR.com listings. This integration automates the Texas REALTORS® application process, eliminating all physical paperwork. RentSpree provides instant access to comprehensive credit, background, and eviction reports via a secure platform reducing liability and securing applicant data, at no cost to the listing agent.

The HAR Technology team has created additional templates for Platinum subscribers to customize their HAR.com websites. Choose from five fresh new designs!

As of September 30, 2025, HAR.com and North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS), have a data share agreement that allows  MLS subscribers to access property listings from both markets in their native MLS system. NTREIS provides MLS services to more than 50,000 MLS subscribers of its 14 Shareholder REALTOR® Associations, including more than 6,000 real estate offices in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The RentSpree application link can be posted on your HAR.com listings. This will give prospective tenants a quick and easy way to start their application!
