CONTENT POLICY – ( HAR Member Blogs )

HAR Member Blogs service (the “Service”) is available to members allowing them to make new connections with consumers and real estate professionals by posting information on HAR.com.

 

In order to uphold the integrity of this Service, there are some boundaries on the type of content that can be posted through the Service. From time to time, we may change our Content Policy, so you shall periodically review it for the most up-to-date version.

The following content shall not be submitted, displayed or posted on HAR.com or through the Service:

1. PORNOGRAPHY AND OBSCENITY:

Content that contains nudity, sexually graphic material, or material that is otherwise sexually explicit.

2. HATEFUL OR DEFAMATORY CONTENT:

Content that promotes hate toward groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity. Content that could be considered defamatory of any person or entity.

3. VIOLENT CONTENT:

Threats of violence against any person or group of people.

4. COPYRIGHT:

Content that infringes or may infringe upon a copyright or any other intellectual property right. .

5. PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:

Impersonation of a person in a manner that is intended to or does mislead or confuse others.

6. IMPERSONATION:

Any use for unlawful purposes or for promotion of dangerous or illegal activities.

7. UNLAWFUL USE OF SERVICES:

Any use for unlawful purposes or for promotion of dangerous or illegal activities.

8. SPAM, MALICIOUS CODES AND VIRUSES:

Spam or transmitting malware and viruses.

9. ADVERTISING:

Advertising your services or those of another person or entity.

10. Termination; Suspension

We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, terminate the Service, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate your account. In the event of termination, your account will be disabled, and you may not be granted access to your account or any files or other content contained in your account although residual copies of information may remain in our system for some time for back-up purposes. Sections 11, 14 and 15 of the Agreement, along with applicable provisions of the general Terms of Use (including specifically section 7 regarding liability and damages limitation), shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement.

NOTE:

You shall be responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not contain or involve any of the above content or conduct. HAR.com has the right, without notice to you, to delete the content and to terminate your account and your use of the Service for violation of the Content Policy, as determined by HAR.com at its sole discretion. Further, HAR.com reserves the right to determine at what date in the future, if at all, it will reactivate your account if terminated.
