Introduction
The Platinum CRM platform streamlines your real estate business operations from prospecting to transaction management, allowing agents to effectively track and manage client relationships. Platinum CRM integrates seamlessly with Services such as MarketInsight, ShowingSmart, Instant CMA, Matrix and the Open House App, providing agents with a centralized dashboard to monitor their clients and business performance.
Major Updates
  1. ShowingSmart Contact Activity: Platinum subscribers can view Buyer showing requests, Buyer tours, and showings requested for client listings.
  2. Live Links Added to EmailMarketing Campaigns: Platinum subscribers can enter live links into messages to lead Contacts to newsletters, listings, websites, and more.
  3. Social Profile Added to Platinum CRM App: The Social Profile tool for leads and Contacts has been added to the Platinum CRM app.
  4. Services Added to Platinum CRM App: MarketInsight and EmailMarketing tools have been added to the Platinum CRM app.
  5. Duplicate Contact Merge: Platinum subscribers can merge duplicate Contacts from the Contacts Dashboard.
  6. Lead Inbox: HAR.com Leads have a dedicated Inbox accessed by the Main Menu.
  7. New Advanced Settings: Additional account configuration settings for managing an email account and notifications.
  8. Deals Filter: New filter for sorting MLS vs. non-MLS Deals.
  9. EmailMarketing Campaigns: The number of monthly emails has increased from 500 to 2,500.
  10. Voice-to-Text Notes: The voice-to-text feature for all Contact Notes increases productivity by saving you time.
  11. Social Profile: A contact's Social Profile is part of the Contact's record for gaining insight to their online presence.
  12. Historical Deals Data (Transactions Beyond Five Years): Platinum subscribers can "Assign a Contact" under the Services tab to any deal from 2003 to present to have it reflected on their Deals Dashboard.
  13. Revenue Projection Chart: Platinum subscribers can view a Revenue Projection Chart from the Deals Dashboard that highlights their manually-input revenue for each Deal.
  14. Filters Added to Deals Dashboard: Platinum subscribers can filter their Deals by year and view all Deals on their Calendar.
  15. ShowingSmart Tours: ShowingSmart Tours have been added to Services and can be logged for a Contact.
  16. LeadsMagnet Forms Added to EmailMarketing Campaigns: The ten LeadsMagnet forms can be sent and assigned to your Contacts through the EmailMarketing tool.
  17. Mailing Labels: Edit mailing label content and then create mailing labels easily from the Contact Management Dashboard.
  18. 2-Part HAR CRM Training Classes: Register for FREE Platinum CRM classes that cover the basics to advanced features by registering at www.har.com/edu.
  19. Client Portal: Create personalized Client Portals for your clients that include saved searches, recommended properties, favorite listings, chat communication and more.
  20. Custom Fields for Contact Import: Up to ten Custom Fields can be imported from a CSV file to capture all of your "custom" Contact Details.
  21. Addition of Contact Notes: Up to 20 Notes can be imported from a CSV file to ensure Contact history is logged for any Contact.
  22. Platinum CRM Transitioned from Beta to a LIVE Platinum Tool: At no extra cost, the Platinum CRM platform is now part of the 55+ tools available to members for agent and listing promotion, lead generation and increased productivity.
  23. Deals Synchronized with Matrix: Listings can be managed in Matrix with the click of a button. By clicking 'Refresh', all listing updates will be reflected on the Deals dashboard.
  24. Import of Contacts: Importing your contacts from various sources is seamless (HAR contacts, Matrix, Email provider, mobile devices, mobile devices, and other databases via CSV Upload).
  25. Three-part Training Series: Visit the Platinum CRM playlist for onboarding, contact management, deals management, and integrated services training.
  26. Integrated Services: The Platinum CRM integrates tools and services to engage your clients to keep them informed on real estate trends, current market activity and more! For every Contact, log and track the integrated tools and services to provide superior services and increase client engagement.
  27. Synchronization of Email Provider: Connect your email account for complete synchronization of the emails you send and receive from Contacts.
  28. Improved Search Filters in Contact Management: Filter your Contacts by Score, Source, Stage, Tags, special dates, and more.
  29. Deals Revenue: Enter the expected revenue for every deal to quickly view total sales and revenue on your Deals Dashboard.
