Using tags that specify an agent’s skills, expertise, and designations ensures that their profile attracts a targeted audience. This targeted approach helps in reaching potential clients who are more likely to be interested in the agent’s offerings.

Highlights related to an agent’s business, professional designations, languages, community involvement, and successes help build brand authority. These labels communicate the agent’s qualifications and areas of expertise, establishing them as knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals!

Keeping your Agent Profile Bio current is important for attracting new clients! If you have earned a new designation, reached a milestone with your business or are involved in new community outreach group, those details should be added to your Agent Profile Bio.

Refer to the quick and easy steps to the right to update your bio.

1. Log into the Members Only Portal.
2. Search for ‘profile‘ and select ‘Your Profile & Bio‘ from the results.
3. Click the ADD NEW button to insert a new paragraph on your bio.
4. Click on the pencil icon to edit your current bio.
5. On the Edit screen, you can make changes or click the ‘Enhance your writing with AI‘.
6. Once all changes have been made, click SAVE.
7. Click the AI Profile Highlights button to review the AI-generated Highlights.
