AI – Lead Reply helps you draft responses based on a lead’s inquiry and relevant listing information. Choose from AI-generated reply suggestions for leads who request an appointment, favorite a property or contact you for real estate information, then edit the response or write your own message.
Quickly review and respond to HAR.com leads from the Lead Management page.
Based on the lead’s inquiry, select Use AI to write your lead reply to generate response options. For property inquiries, AI can create replies based on listing information, including availability, contract or pending status and price changes.
You can select an AI-generated response or choose Write your own message to create a custom reply.
When a consumer favorites one of your listings, AI – Lead Reply can help you follow up with relevant listing information. Choose from AI-generated response options based on available listing activity, such as a showing opportunity, upcoming open house or price change.
