Meet Chairman

With more than 30 years of experience in the Houston real estate market, Theresa Hill is dedicated to serving the industry and community with excellence, integrity and professionalism. She is currently the Sales Manager at Compass Houston’s Central-Westheimer office.

Theresa has a strong focus on coaching, mentoring and empowering sales associates to grow their businesses. She brings deep expertise in both management and residential sales, with a particular background in new construction.

In addition to serving as the 2026 HAR Chair, Theresa is a Regional Vice President for Texas REALTORS® and serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.

Beyond real estate, she is committed to giving back through community service, volunteering with Ronald McDonald House, Bo’s Place and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She also serves as a lector at Mary Queen Catholic Church in Friendswood.

When Theresa isn’t assisting her real estate clients and team members, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling and reading.
