Who we are
Houston Association of REALTORS® – Founded in 1918, the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) is a 37000-member organization of real estate professionals engaged in every aspect of the industry, including residential and commercial sales and leasing, appraisal, property management and counseling. It is the largest individual membership trade association in Houston, as well as the largest local association/board of REALTORS® in the United States.

The HAR Global Properties mission is is “To help our HAR members increase their knowledge and activity in the Global real estate arena”.

Global Transaction
Global Properties real estate transactions as defined by NAR includes selling a home in your local market to an immigrant, leasing a commercial property to a foreign investor, assisting your local clients with the purchase of a (second) home in another country, closing a transnational referral transaction, having a transaction that contains a global client, funds, property, translation, etc.
For your Information
HAR is the Ambassador Association, appointed by the National Association of REALTORS®, to the real estate association of Belize. We were appointed this honor in 2018.
