If you have a HAR Realtor® Web Site or HAR Enhanced Company Web Site, then you receive a monthly STAR report from HAR outlining the number of times potential clients viewed your listings and numbers of leads and referrals (click-thru) from HAR.com.

STAR stands for Strategic Traffic Activity Report. This report provides agents and brokers with an overview of how many times their listings were viewed on HAR.com. The report also includes the number of consumer referrals from HAR.com to their Enhanced Company Web Site and the number of consumer e-mail leads to agents and brokers. In this detailed, monthly report, members receive information including the:

HAR Traffic Report

This details how many times your listings were viewed on HAR.com each month and since August 2000.

HAR CWS Traffic Report

For companies with an HAR Enhanced Web Site, this report details the number of consumer referrals from HAR.com to the company Web site each month and since August 2000.

HAR Lead Manager Report

Agents and brokers also get details on how many e-mail leads were generated by HAR.com each month and since August 2001.

Current Inventory Report

For companies with an HAR Enhanced Web Site, this report outlines the total number of active listings on MLS including single-family homes, multi-family homes, rentals, town homes, condos, high rises and lots.

Current Dollar Volume Report

For companies with an HAR Enhanced Web site, this report outlines the total dollar value of all of the broker’s listings in MLS and their percentage of the total number of listings on MLS.

 

The STAR report also gives brokers information on their share of the Houston market. Each report compares the totals with the individual broker’s numbers in the categories of Web site click-thru, e-mail leads generated, existing inventory and current dollar volume. For example, for the month of June MLS recorded 41,087 properties on HAR.com. One company had 911 of those properties, giving them 2.2 percent of the total market in Houston.
