SMS terms and conditions

1. Opt In
HAR.com may provide you with an opportunity to opt in to receive text messages on your wireless device. By opting in, you (i) consent to receive autodialed marketing calls or text messages from or on behalf of HAR.com or any of its affiliates at the number you provide, and (ii) acknowledge and agree that your information may be processed in accordance with, and you are be bound by, the HAR.com Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Your consent to receive marketing calls and text messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving any products or services from HAR.com or any of its affiliates. To receive text messages, you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older. HAR.com reserves the right to require you to prove that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Rate
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with any text messages as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. HAR.com does not impose a separate fee for sending text messages.
3. Opt Out
You can opt out from future messages at any time by texting STOP to [ 89212 ] from your device. You agree that if you request to opt out from future messages, we may send you a one-time opt-out confirmation text message.

5. Wireless Carriers
This text messaging program may not be available on all wireless carriers. The program is currently available for AT&T, U.S. Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Cricket, Boost, MetroPCS®, Virgin Mobile and T-Mobile®. HAR.com may add or remove any wireless carrier from this program at its discretion and without notice to you.
6. Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying HAR.com immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You agree to INDEMNIFY HAR.com and its affiliates for all claims, expenses, attorneys’ fees and damages they incur related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify HAR.com of a change in your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, attorneys’ fees and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
7. Service
Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of the control of HAR.com, and HAR.com is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.
8. Change in terms
HAR.com may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to HAR.com. You agree to review these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive HAR.com text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
9. Termination
HAR.com may suspend or terminate your receipt of HAR.com text messages if HAR.com believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of HAR.com text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. HAR.com at its discretion may modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of HAR.com text messages, with or without notice to you.
10. Frequency
The number of HAR.com text messages that you receive will vary depending on how many of the HAR.com text messaging programs for which you sign up to receive messages. You will receive a maximum of three messages per week per HAR.com text messaging program.
