General Information
RULES
HAR.com’s MLS rules govern HAR listings. NTREIS’ MLS rules govern NTREIS listings. Complaints regarding a listing should be made to the source MLS.
MLS NUMBERS
Listings from NTREIS will have an MLS number beginning with “NT” (Ex: NT123456).
LISTINGS NOT INCLUDED
Each MLS will retain their own respective private listings and those will not be shared. Incomplete and Coming Soon listings will not be displayed.
LISTING DISTRIBUTION
HAR.com and NTREIS MLS will not be re-distributing listings received from the data share. They will not be included in any data feeds (IDX, VOW, syndication portals, etc.).
HISTORICAL DATA
Each MLS displays all historical off-market/sold data from the source MLS.
DOCUMENTS/ATTACHMENTS
No document attachments (disclosures, etc.) will be transmitted.
LOCKBOXES
HAR.com and NTREIS MLS have a reciprocal lockbox agreement. This means that agents with an HAR.com Supra eKey are now automatically able to open up NTREIS MLS Supra lockboxes. The Abilene, Waco and Northwest Louisiana REALTOR® Associations are not currently part of this key reciprocity as they are on separate Supra systems. Likewise, agents with an NTREIS MLS Supra eKey will be able to open up HAR.com Supra lockboxes without further effort.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are all HAR.com listings visible to NTREIS MLS subscribers?
No, not all listings from each MLS will appear. Incomplete and Coming Soon listings will not appear. Active, Pending and Sold listings will be displayed in the HAR.com MLS.
Do I get access to NTREIS MLS?
No. This data share does not grant access to the NTREIS MLS system. A data share brings listings data from other MLSs, but it does not grant access to those native MLS systems. It does not create an account with the other MLSs, and you will not be able to access their tools/services/support/etc.
Is all of the information from a NTREIS MLS listing in HAR Matrix?
All of the information that could be matched between the two systems is displayed. There are a few fields unique to each system that are not included.
My HAR.com MLS listing is under contract and a NTREIS MLS agent represents the buyer. What do I do?
When an HAR.com MLS listing is sold by a NTREIS MLS subscriber, their information can be entered when changing the status. NTREIS MLS agents will appear with an MLSID beginning with “NT-.”
How do I search for NTREIS MLS listings?
NTREIS MLS listings can be found by searching by city, ZIP code, subdivision or via a map search. They may also be found by using the search field “MLS” and select “North Texas Real Estate Information Systems.” This will limit the results to NTREIS listings only.
How do I search for only HAR-listed properties?
Use the search field ‘MLS’ and select HAR. This will limit the results to HAR listings only.
Can I create a CMA based on NTREIS listings?
Yes, you can create a CMA with the native Matrix CMA product. Instant CMA and Cloud CMA integration will be coming soon.
Will my Supra key work in the NTREIS area?
Yes, your Supra key automatically works on NTREIS lockboxes except the Abilene, Waco and Northwest Louisiana REALTOR® Associations are not currently part of this key reciprocity as they are on separate Supra systems.
What area does NTREIS MLS cover?
NTREIS provides MLS services to more than 50,000 MLS subscribers of its 14 Shareholder REALTOR® Associations in a coverage area exceeding 48,000 square miles in North Texas, including the Dallas Fort Worth Metropolitan Area.
