HAR.com remains the most successful and most visited public MLS website in the country due in no small part to continuing to provide the best user experience and information. We are proud to announce that we have redesigned HAR.com to be even better for consumers!
Consumer “My Stuff”
Completely redesigned registered user dashboard that includes My Stuff, Recently Viewed, Saved Searches, Favorites, Recommended Properties based on your search history, and the ability to send an inquiry or showing request directly to your agent, if you are working with one of our 46,000 REALTOR® members.
The ability to better organize your searches by placing them in multiple folders and providing a side-by-side comparison to help make a more informed decision.
The search results have been expanded as well from the previous 240 maximum to 10,000 properties.
That is a lot of listings, so we have also added Quick Insights that will allow you to drill down even more to see the most relevant listings.
Updated every five minutes
While HAR.com has always been the most accurate website, it is now updated every five minutes, which means no one does it faster. This will lead to increased speed for push notifications when using the app, which is all the more important in a competitive real estate market.
Previously, if a property was available for sale and lease, it was more difficult to see that, but now the listings are linked and displayed on both detailed listing pages.
My Agent Feature
If you are connected to an agent, the REALTOR® can send you recommended properties to view so that you may better collaborate.
Easier sign-up for consumers to be able to save searches, bookmark favorite properties, post comments, follow topics, and more
Find a Pro
The Find a Pro feature enables consumers to find a REALTOR® who has listings or has shown properties nearby. This will help consumers know who the most active agents are in the areas they are searching.
By connecting their account with an agent, consumers will have access to Premium Content, such as the Property Archive Report, Sold Prices, Collaboration, and more.
Under the Community section of the site, consumers can ask questions and receive answers from any participating REALTOR®.
Members also receive points that identify them as experts and more responsive in the Community.
