on listings in Matrix that are eligible for down payment assistance. Listing agents don’t need to take any action, the system will search and mark eligible listings automatically.
Down Payment Assistance on HAR.com Listings
HAR’s MLS integration with DPR enables consumers to search for properties that are eligible for homebuyer assistance, and it prominently flags assistance-eligible listings. You can go to HAR.com/downpayment to search for eligible properties by address, city or neighborhood.
Once a listing with one or more down payment assistance programs is found, consumers can scroll down to the Down Payment Assistance section to research the programs.
Down Payment Assistance Programs Eligibility Questionnaire on HAR.com
There are more than 70 down payment assistance programs to help reduce the costs of homeownership in the Houston area. To determine eligibility, consumers can click on the “See What Programs You May Qualify For” button to take the short survey within an eligible listing or by signing into their HAR.com account. Eligibility can be based on employment sector, military status, income and more.
