I'm already paying for Back At You Social. What happens to my subscription?
If you already have a Back At You Social account, either on your own or through your brokerage, and you also have an active HAR Platinum subscription, you’ll keep both accounts. Nothing changes automatically, and you can switch between the two accounts at any time.
If you’d like to cancel or deactivate your personal account, contact Back At You Support at support@backatyou.com or (866) 200-0676.
If you would like to cancel your account, through your brokerage, you will need to reach out to your brokerage administrator.
Is Back At You Social the same as SocialBAY?
Yes! Back At You Social was formerly known as SocialBAY. You may still see the SocialBAY name in parts of the platform as the branding is updated.
How do I access Back At You Social?
Platinum subscribers can access Back At You Social through the Marketing Center on their Platinum Dashboard.
Is Back At You Social included with my HAR membership?
Back At You Social is included with an active Platinum subscription. It is not included with standard HAR membership.
Are there additional costs to use Back At You Social?
Back At You Social is included with your Platinum subscription. Creating and scheduling social media posts does not require additional credits. Optional purchases, such as ordering printed flyers and postcards, require credits that can be purchased within the platform.

Will training be available?
Yes! Back At You Social will be covered in existing HAR Platinum marketing classes. You can also attend a live introductory webinar on November 10 or November 12 to explore the platform’s features and ask questions. Registration is available on this page, and recordings will be emailed to registered attendees after each session.
